"Beautiful villa! Clean and beautifully decorated. It was just a few minutes walk from Ocotal beach. Stocked kitchen supplies, beach towels, and beach chairs, everything you need. Grill by pool was fun to use. Our party of 6 was very comfortable here. Father Rooster is within walking distance and made our whole trip very special. Amazing staff and delicious food. Not the best neighborhood but property was very safe. It is notable that the Coco Beach Club is not accessible as per advertised in this properties listing. This was a specific reason we chose the property and it was disappointing to be told “we don’t recommend you go there” AFTER we purchased, planned our trip, and arrived at the property.Owners family was very prompt in communicating, I had to nudge the local contact to get basics like confirmation of airport pickup, check-in instructions, and even a physical address/location of the property. Basics where I was told “you have this” and I didn’t not. Overall great property and I recommend."

"A very nicely appointed place. The pictures are accurate and the home checked all the boxes for us. Caroline, the owner was very responsive. The office staff is helpful and really nice! The food and drinks at the resort restaurant is good quality and tasty. Nothing much around besides the lovely location and property. It is good for people who want to relax and enjoy the beach and pool."

"Took a family vacation and loved our time here. Host and concierge were very responsive and helpful. Location was near a great clean beach, amenities of the house were as listed and all that we needed. Would definitely stay again."

"We were blown away by the view. Everyone we interacted with, from the owner (talking through the doorbell camera outside the gate), to the owner's friends who came by, to the staff who made the breakfast were incredibly friendly and helpful. We stayed here for one night just to be closer to the airport since we were coming from Nosara. It was worth the slight detour rather than staying at the airport hotel. Amazing last night and morning, sitting on the balcony watching the birds, the boats, and the clouds on the horizon over the water. Just amazing. There was also a very nice restaurant about 5 minutes away at a nearby resort, which was very convenient. The one minor comment I would have is that the bathroom sink faucet and the shower head were both not great, and need to be replaced. They sprayed water in every direction when turned on higher than a trickle. But that's an easy fix. Would definitely stay here again."

"To call this place fantastic is an understatement. We were a group of 7 adults and the layout gave everyone there own space while the communal core of the house was great for all hanging out. Not obvious from the pictures is each of the two upstairs rooms has its own staircase on opposite ends of the house.It's a few minutes walk down to the beach and 10 minute drive in to town. We had people coming/going to the airport at different times and that's less than 45 minutes away so it kept logistics simple.Kitchen was stocked with the basics for meal prep, though the stove lacks an exhaust hood so keep that in mind.The daily cleaning was a nice extra.Easily one of the best places in this price class that we've stayed at."
