"We liked the hotel for it's cost, location to shopping and restaurants, and the train station that allowed us to explore Hamburg. The staff was friendly and helpful and we were thankful to secure a late checkout(cost) since we were boarding our cruise in the late afternoon on a Sunday. We stayed for 2 nights. The room had a mini refrigerator and a work area. The room was very spacious and clean. "

Spotless clean, great staff and the attention to detail was second to none. Boiler Room bar and Neni restaurant are not to be missed while staying there. Haffen City is growing up nicely and downtown is a leisurely 10 minute walk. Highly recommended!! "
