"Whenever I go to Japan, I always stay at this hotel at least once, which is either the day of arrival or the day before my departure. Wow, because I stayed here during the summer events, there was an outdoor BBQ dining that I actually missed! However, because having spacious room to relax was all I needed, I think the value that I paid fulfilled satisfaction along with decent breakfast buffet that they offer; my favorite facility, btw, bc I love the outdoor view and well-cleaned gardening art that they offer at dining area. "Most amazing hotel. Very comfortable room and staff was so welcoming. Room was spacious and towels, shower and amenities were luxurious. Hotel included breakfast with so many delicious foods for Japanese or Western tastes. Afternoon tea time and cocktails were also included. The appetizers were amazing. What a treat for their guest which started in the morning all the way to night. The generousity of the hotel was much appreciated!! The staff was so kind and professional."
