"We loved our stay at Borgo di Colleoli. A peaceful place with nice accommodation surrounded by beautiful Tuscan hills. Most tourist destinations are about 45-60 min drive, but it's worth it. I also lived the complimentary shower gel and shampoo infused with olive oil. Smelled fabulous."
"This is just an easy train hop from Florence. Empoli is adorable. If you would like a spot from where you can head out to anywhere in Tuscany, this is a great spot. It has a lovely balcony and Tatiana and other staff where very nice and helpful. "

"A beautiful hilltop Tuscan villa which has been tastefully restored to an excellent standard . The accommodation is superb with an exceptionally well appointed kitchen . The location is well placed for exploring the beautiful area of northern Tuscany . In addition to Palaia , the closest town we explored , Lucca , San Gimignano, Lajatico and others. The hosts Roberto and Gioia were excellent, friendly and welcoming. Definitely one to visit again . "
