"We stayed here in early January and it was amazing. The staff were very helpful, and the service was exceptional. The room was clean, beautiful, and spacious enough for a family of three. The view from the room was fantastic, and every morning we enjoyed it and felt completely relaxed. The location is great for exploring Pisa and Cinque Terre, and Florence is not too far away either. Highly recommended!"

"With 21 of us, we thoroughly enjoyed the many bedrooms each with a bathroom, the large living spaces, ample table seating. The grounds were lovely and the swimming pool was wonderful to swim in each day. The views from the villa are stunning! Also, the villa is furnished with beautiful historic furnishings. "Very nice place in the middle of Tuscany. The views are fantastic, the calmness and the beautiful nature likewise. The house standard was good and Nicola (the owner) was very service minded and fixed things whenever it was needed. You need a car to make trips both to the near supermarket and to places far away. We made many trips to different places and it took 45-60 min to each place which is a little too long maybe, but we also enjoyed staying at the villa and had barbecue a couple of times, which was good."

"Unfortunately we had a really unpleasant experience in such a beautiful place. We lived in an apartment right above the party room of the restaurant. We spent there three nights of which two were wrecked by the loud celebration (music and shouting) of parties having fun until abt 2 am (the first night) and until abt 1 am (the second night). After the first night we complained about this and a free dinner was offered to us. This was a quite nice gesture which we were happy for. When asking whether there will be a similar situation with our remaining nights, we were informed that there was going to be people also on the second night but that there would be much fewer of them and that the music would be on the background until 11:30 pm. Unfortunately this was not the case and we had to stay awake on the second night also until abt 1 am. Luckily on the third night the restaurant was closed and we finally managed to sleep one night in peace. All this left a bad taste for this visit and as such we wouldn't dare to recommend the place... so if you are planning to visit this place, make sure that you would not take the 3-room apartment in the 1st floor closest to the parking lot before you make sure that there will not be any parties below that apartment during your stay. "
