The view from the room was fantastic, and every morning we enjoyed it and felt completely relaxed. The location is great for exploring Pisa and Cinque Terre, and Florence is not too far away either. ( No prior notice or anything publicized about this other than check in between 3 and 6 p.m.) Rooms did not have any cups or bath soap. Room was very modest and simple. Towels were old and need to be replaced. "
