"I thought the property was very nice inside with the use of traditional Japanese styles of the tatami rooms and comfortable beds as well as the sliding rice paper doors. It had a great shower room, which could be used like a Onsen with a deep soaking tub and short stool with bucket. But even with these traditional styles, you could’ve easily taken a standup shower. Washer and dryer worked great. Kitchen is well equipped. Breakfast was delivered promptly every morning, however, might recommend...

"It is close to the station, about a minute walk across the railroad crossing, and there is a Japanese izakaya on the first floor and a café and family mart nearby. The living room is larger than most hotel rooms and refreshing. Everything in the apartment looks new. The space is large and perfect for a family vacation. The railroad tracks are nearby, so that is the only concern for some people."

"The property looked like the pictures on the inside but not the outside. The location was not the best. We also had to leave the property early and go to a hotel due to finding mouse/rat poop on the table and near our belongings. While communication with the host was easy, I would not recommend staying here due to cleanliness and pest issues. The overall comfortably of the room was fair and the futons/shower/appliances were very standard but issue with pests caused extra trouble during our stay."

"The house is in a great location in the city of Ebisu. It's very close to the train station restaurants and local mini marts. I would suggest that no more than 4 people sleep there. It has two medium sized bedrooms and one sofa sleeper a good sized kitchen and a little dining room a big shower and bath. Nothing fancy but it is In a really really nice location I enjoyed where I stayed. If I decided to return to tokyo I would definitely rent again there."

"Ash and Tracey were very communicative and always available to answer questions, give recommendations, and make the experience much more enjoyable. Meeting Ash when we checked in was very helpful since there were multiple things that were explained with comfort control, washer/dryer, TV, etc.. "Great location, close to the station. It is next to a cemetery which is totally fine for me but one of the members in my group was feeling a little uneasy about it. House was in perfectly good condition, with lots of space; it was perfect for short to medium stay in a 3-5 people group and longer if necessary. Minor issue where the keypad might have reset or malfunctioned on our last night (almost midnight) and we were locked out. But host was able to be contacted eventually and help us reset...

"A group of us stayed three nights last month. Tokyo doesn't have many great short term rental options generally so we took a chance on this. Great neighborhood, beautiful architecture. But it's really two bedrooms plus a platform area open to kitchen and sofa beds. Steep tight stairs make it more for younger people. I'd recommend for one or two couples. Also I had some trouble communications - never heard back on questions."

"AC operation satisfactory.. Room cleaning daily outstanding. A big shout out to house keeper from Nepal fort her positive, professional and friendly attitude! Namaste! Before checking out we asked for help from the front desk concerning Airporter luggage pick up. The employee was not knowledgeable about the issue and we were helped to navigate the phone to succeed.. howerever..at one point the gentleman told my wife that usually the customers handle that themselves. I felt that was an inappropriate comment. If one does not know how to help.. one should get someone else to help the customer instead of saying that! Please don't be too harsh on the person responsible. : )"
