"We had initially travelled from Australia to arrive at Ax Les Thermes to continue our cycling holiday in France . We had contacted Bernard and he did everything he could to make our stay enjoyable & welcoming & it definitely was that. The cycling around Ax is excellent with some very well known climbs and beautiful valleys to explore. It's proximity to Andorra also makes for some cheap duty free or a day trip if it rains.
