"The WiFi did not work half of the time … for 3 days out of our 6 day stay we couldn’t watch tv at all !!! So if you’re a tv person I would not recommend this place …. The host did not respond to me the last 2 days of our stay so this never got resolved!!! The home was nice, however it is in a horrible neighborhood surrounded by a lot of trash and clutter …. So if that bothers you, I would not recommend it ! This is a 2 bedroom house, however in 1 of the bedrooms, none of the outlets work without having the bathroom light on… yes… we had to figured that out … we couldn’t get anything to work but realized everything came on when we turned the bathroom light on!"

"It’s was 6:30 am and the house manager went door to door waking everyone up about the restroom. She asked who flooded the floor and left water everywhere. It was more like a disciplinary house. There was a lot of loud talking till 1 AM. And it will start back about 7 AM by the house manager and some of the guests. The pictures that are on the app are not actually pictures of the property false advertising. Although if you’re desperate, it needs somewhere to go it will do temporarily."

"Although I was only there for an overnight stay my room was very clean and the hotel was extremely quite and comfortable. Unfortunately I had to leave the hotel quite early and couldn't experience the breakfast I was very pleased with my stay. Since I have to be at MD Anderson often I will definetly be staying at this location every time. "

"I rarely ever leave reviews, but after staying at WoodSpring Suites Houston 288 South Medical Center, I genuinely feel obligated to warn other people before they waste their money here. This was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I have EVER had, and I travel often. From the moment I walked into the building, the entire place gave unsettling, sketchy, crime-scene vibes. The hallways smelled strange, the atmosphere felt unsafe, and the overall condition of the property looked neglected and depressing. Nothing about this hotel felt welcoming or comfortable. The room itself was absolutely awful. It was not clean, not fully functional, and looked like it had been barely maintained for years. The sink in my room was broken, several things appeared damaged, and the room had this dark, gloomy energy that made me want to leave immediately. I honestly could not relax the entire stay because everything felt dirty and uncomfortable. For a hotel that advertises itself as an extended stay property, you would think basic cleanliness and functionality would be the bare minimum, but apparently not here. What made the experience even worse was the staff. Completely unhelpful, dismissive, and honestly incompetent. Any concerns I brought up were either ignored or handled with zero urgency or professionalism. Customer service clearly does not exist at this location. Instead of trying to make things right, they acted as if guest complaints were an inconvenience. I am honestly shocke"
