It's perfect for families - there's a master bedroom with a Queen sized bed, another room with a trundle-bed, and the other two rooms have two single beds each. The living room also has a fold out sofa bed that can sleep 2 people. Plus, you'll have your own little furnished backyard.

This 4-bedroom 2.5-bathroom townhouse is the perfect home base while you visit Austin! You'll be only 5 minutes from downtown, and across the street from a park, in the lively neighbourhood of Govalle. Plus, you'll have you own little sanctuary in the fenced-in backyard, where you'll find a lovely little furnished patio.

Perfect for groups of friends or big families, especially those who don't mind sharing rooms! The first bedroom has a Queen sized bed, beautiful ensuite bathroom and patio doors that lead to the backyard. The second bedroom has a trundle bed and lots of closet space. The third and fourth bedrooms each have two single beds in them. But who needs a massive bed anyways - you'll be way too busy to sleep, out and about exploring this awesome East Austin neighbourhood! The living room sofa also folds out into a bed for two people.

The kitchen is fully equipped and there's a dining table with space for 6, with an additional two seats at the kitchen counter bar. The living room has an open concept design and high ceilings. There's a smart TV for your entertainment, and the home is connected to high speed internet service.

The driveway is available for parking and can hold for up to 2 vehicles.

Great, but hot

The only reason this property didn't get 5 stars from me is because it was very warm in the upstairs bedroom. We had our toddler with us. We keep an indoor thermometer with us for overnights and it was reading 81 degrees when we put him down for bed each night. It was 77 when we woke him up. It was difficult for me to sleep in such high temps, as well. The owner had in the rules not to put it below 72, and the thermostat also seemed to be on a timer that kept bumping the temperature up so we had to keep adjusting it down. And we stayed here in early March. I can't imagine staying in one of those rooms in the heat of a Texas summer. Otherwise, I really enjoyed my stay here. One of the better VRBOs I've stayed in.
