"This was a really lovely place to stay! Close to grocery stores, trams, and lovely parks to lounge in. Perhaps a touch on the expensive side, however, at the drop of a hat they sent us up more towels, coffee pods, and dish soap. I love that kind of personal service when we’re abroad. Bedroom and bathroom(s) are downstairs, with everything else up a flight of stairs, so if there are mobility issues, I wouldn’t recommend. Thank you guys so much for having us!!"

"Excellent properly very convenient for arrivals by train from airport and connection to city by train. Also within walking distance to the centre of Vienna. Hotel smells nice - Amenities were good bed very comfortable. It was our 20th wedding anniversary hotel didn’t take any notice for our request for a room with a view instead we were on 4th floor with view of other offices in front of us. Breakfast was very good however, the person making hot breakfast was very rude and made customers wait for so long making eggs and waffles and on a couple of occasions send me away and said come back and he had given my waffle to another customer and I had to wait again! I think hotel needs to review this staff attitude and serving time. Also coffee and tea at the machine was nightmare with long ques. Other than that I would recommend the hotel but I wish they made more attention to our request to make our stay more special."

"One of the best hotels in Europe. The welcome was fit for an executive including room upgrade and complimentary beverage. Every staff member we encountered was 5 🌟. Room was clean and comfortable with a nice view. Location is in a quiet part of Innerstadt and close enough to walk within minutes to most of the sites. Highly recommend a stay as we will book again next time we are in Vienna."

"The rooms were clean, good firm matresses and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is average. You might want to order a coffee and get a croissant in a close by bakery. No parking at the entrance of the hotel. Unloading can be a bit difficult if you have bigger luggages. Close by parking garages are available."

"The staff was incredibly rude. When we went to check in, it was around 2:45pm, we were asked to wait because the crew was going through shift change and the computers were switching over. No problem. We stepped to the side to a sitting area where we were the only ones waiting. Then people started walking in to check in and at one point the line was to the door. After waiting for around 10 minutes we hadn't been called over to check in, but they were checking in people who came into the hotel after us. I finally stood up and walked over and asked why we weren't getting checked in, the other attendant said that he was working on something, this is the same attendant that told me that he would be right with me. After another 5 mins he finally checked us in, only to be told that our room was not ready yet and it would be approximately 10 min. By this time it was well after 3pm, the hotels designated check in time. I proceed to sit down once again and wait. After about 5 min the attendant come over to me and told me that the room would be ready in 5 min. At that moment I started a stopwatch on my phone. From the time I started the time until the attendant finally told me that our room was ready, it was 28 minutes and 37 seconds. He never told me any information about the hotel, like where the elevators were...what time check out was...etc. Also, a front desk attendant with a nose ring was incredibly rude when I asked hey questions about amenities. Radisson, do better."
