This property is new and clean. Plus point is they have Airconditioning. Down side is, there is no laundry onsite for guest used. Otherwise, the place is great for an overnight.

Hello,I'm so very sorry, but we do have bins under the kitchen sink and in the bathroom, im very surprised you didn't check as we've never had a complaint before.As for the towel, I don't know how that could have happened it may have been picked up by mistake through our new staff!Thank you.

The motel was really nice and it was convenient for my family and there is a supermarket across the road which was super easy to get to.

Everything l needed was right there for me. Dairy, supermarket, tv channels, off street parking. Being on the main road into Pukekohe can be tricky during peck traffic but loved my stay there.

We were able to park outside the room which was great - we ended up with a battery and were pleased that management Didn’t hassle us about leaving 20mins late

The property was great.May need to consider having a cabinet in the shower room would help customers put their toiletries onto. Watching tv in the room and having to get up and change the channels in the lounge wasn’t my idea of having a night in. Most of the staff were also great.And friendly nice homely smiles very comforting for travellers from abroad.Laundry is $10 a basket load wash & dry only after 2pm need to ask.

Great Location, Quiet and Clean
Probably the best hotel bed I've ever slept in. The room was near new, after recent renovations and extensions, and the bed had not had much prior use. Plenty of kitchen, dining and lounge space, big beds and a sensible toilet-bathroom layout. Plenty of space in bedroom and bathroom for personal use items too. My room was next to the side street and driveway entrance. Surprisingly very quiet, with no main road noise at all. WiFi is free, fast and plentiful. Hosts are friendly and accommodating. I'm booking here again on the next trip to Pukekohe.

Extremely clean, very recently renovated with lovely bathroom facilities, and a very pleasant welcoming lady when we arrived. However the bedroom of room 14 had no windows so it felt claustrophobic and stuffy so it was necessary to run the air conditioner all night and we would have much preferred to open a window. But the unit did not have any openable windows that we could find, only the sliding glass entry door, and to leave that open all night meant no security and there still would have been no fresh air reaching the bedroom.

Nothing really to write about. Just stayed one nght after a day at the races. They do have a good market day Saturdays but didnt get here for that.

Over all it was an ok experience We asked to do washing and was told we had to wait until hotel had finished doing theirs...which we were ok with...only to be told after hours of waiting that they STILL had not finished...so we waited...ONLY to have washroom locked on us!!?!??!!with no notice even when they know we wanted to do washing..our stay was 3 nights and WE also had to get our own towels changed!!!!! I really don’t think I would recommend this hotel to friends without warming as they did have a lot of renovations going on around the hotel (and we were not informed) other then the tv in our room that was waiting to b connected so wasn’t working (not much comfort to us) so yeah on our stay at time I wouldn’t recommend and wasn’t totally happy with what we paid for what we got!!!
