My room was cleaned daily and the staff were friendly - however the check in process was confusing as the staffed hours were incorrect and the building was locked when I arrived which was unsafe. The remainder of my stay was okay and the building had everything it needed and was in a good location.

Convenient and worth the money.

It is the perfect place to stay when going to Spark Arena. The place is beautiful if you like historical places. It was raining when we came, a lot of leaks in the lobby. Also, no toilet paper in the lobby toilet. The room is spacious, clean, and have everything we need for our overnight stay.

Great staff, very helpful, big bedrooms, very clean place and very original architecture (former train station station). Only negative is that trains can make some noise very early in the morning. I would go back anytime.

Great place to stay! Lovely staff! they were really helpful. Definitely stay again. Just as a side note, don't go to nearby restaurant called Platform 8.....worst service ever. Felt like I was a burden for asking for one Indian (no other type of food available) dish. Read Google reviews.

Spacious rooms with good amenities. Friendly staff. One of the best budget hotels we have stayed at. Very attentive staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Initially a bit dubious what we had booked when walking towards our room but once in our room we were impressed. Good size living and sleeping area and bathroom appeared recently renovated. Easy walk to town. Ideal venue if staying to attend concert at Spark Arena.
