Tanea at the desk was so very busy but always helpful andshe saved us so much money with her referrals for shuttle to downtown and cruise port with Seattle shuttle. You don't have to pay Cruise line prices. Referred us to several places, really helped with convenience and money. Thank you, Tanea, you brightened our days. Allowed us to check in early and had nice handicap accessible room. Hotel is close to monorail 10 minute walkand bus service and mall 3 miles away has shuttle."

"CitizenM is a nice funky modern hotel. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. The location is perfect. Just a 12 minute walk to Pike Place, awesome restaurants in the area, and close to the waterfront. The room we stayed in was smaller than expected, but it was nice, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend! "
