"The staff were friendly and the property had all of the amenities up and running!"

"Staff was very friendly. Room was a little gross...there were hair balls on floor in the main area, sheets had some stains and hairs scattered on the fitted sheets on both beds. We chose to sleep on top of the regular sheets and just used the top blanket for cover. The shower didn't drain well and the tub floor was dirty."

"Outdoor pool looks like it's getting taken out (covered in sand). But, it's April in Michigan, did not expect it to open. Small issue with our first room(smelled like cigarettes and commode was not clean), staff changed us to a different room right away. Lobby was very clean "

"The room we had was okay, but the parking lot on the end we were staying at (farthest from entrance) had no lights in it, so we ended up parking in the front lot and walking to our room. Us being smokers, that was very inconvenient for us since our room was practically the farthest from the main lot. We booked this hotel because it advertised as having a pool, hot tub, and spa on site. The spa was closed, so I couldn’t book anything, the pool and hot tub were so small that we ended up not using those either. They are doing construction and normally that wouldn’t bother me, but the room they put us in was directly next to a few rooms that were being worked on. You’d think they would try and keep guests away from construction in a huge building that was not full by any means. "
