"Clean room, beautiful view, the staff with very helpful. You must request room service if needed. Earliest check in is 1-2:30pm with a fee. Food inside is amazing!"

"Asked if i could PLEASE have a room close to elevator as I have difficulty walking far.I have only to assume the desk person ignored my request as when i got off elevator i had to travel down 2 hallways to my room.! I would have accepted. " no i am sorry we can not honor your request at this time" and then made arrangements to rent a motor chair.! And somehow " city view means view of roof even on the 23rd floor!"
