This corner unit directly overlooks Atlanta's main artery. The area is safe, well traveled, and has City Ambassadors conveniently positioned to help and guide.

All of the Downtown attractions are just a few minutes walking distance, including the Georgia Aquarium , World of Coca Cola, CNN, Centennial Olympic Park, State Farm Arena, Georgia World Congress Center, and Mercedes Benz Stadium. The condo is also one block from the Apparel and Merchandise Markets.

Regarding parking - there is a paid parking lot located directly next to the building @ 17 BAKER ST NW. Rates range anywhere from $15-$25/day depending on how busy downtown is.

If you don't mind walking 3 blocks, there is a slightly cheaper and more secure parking garage, with nightly rates around $12 I think.

Great location. Close to the train. We walked everywhere, lots of fun downtown activities and restaurants. Host was very responsive when we contacted him. 24 hour front door building personnel was welcoming.

Awesome place!

Great location. Walking distance from the aquarium and coke world and some great restaurants in the neighborhood. Owner was extremely helpful. Rooms were clean and had no issues with anything.

Great spot walking distance to Convention Center

The condo was beautiful and clean, communication was great, and it was a quick walk to the conference complex. It was great to have a quiet homey place to come back to after a long day, and the balcony was great for morning coffee.

Came to town for a football weekend. Location was perfect, walking distance to restaurants and Merceds Benz Stadium.

Convenient location

It was conveniently located to everything downtown which was nice. We walked everywhere, didn't need a car to sight see. It is a secure building which is a plus. The pictures are accurate of what is in the apartment, however the pictures must have been taken long ago, because they do not represent how it looks now, very old and worn looking, needs refreshing and some new paint, specifically in the kitchen, luckily didn't need to use much in there, only to make coffee. Otherwise, our stay was ok.

Amazing Property

The property had historic charm. I loved it! The area was a bit off putting for those who may not be used to downtown living. I had to pay for parking and it was not included, but overall the trip was amazing. The host very communicative as well.

Needs updated and cleaned better

Doors have been broken through. Hand rail in shower is broken. The whole place was overall 3 stars. It did what we needed it to. I enjoyed not having to do any check out duties.

Great Location, Superb Place!

We stayed just to hang out downtown a few days off. Location was amazing, building staff were all great. Home was as nice in person as pics, the screened in porch was nice. It was in the 80s and we were VERY comfortable with the HVAC despite the building maintenance being in charge of AC per previous reviews from others. Don't let that scare ya... this place is amazing and easy as pie getting in and out... very affordable parking near by, we Opted for the covered parking a few blocks over for just 15 bucks per nite. Very attentive owner and in my opinion a TOP notch place.

Handsome Condo - Almost Perfect

This condo matched listed pictures. It is a little older, but has character and is tastefully decorated in my opinion. Simple and clean. Great place to relax. If you’re looking outside the hotel box in downtown Atl, you cannot beat this location. The concierge and other guests at the bldg were friendly and very professional. The only drawback for us, was the crazy amount of high grade marijuana smell in the bldg. It was actually pervasive in the no-smoking unit we rented. Can’t hold the owner responsible for that though. Other people doing what they choose.

Location is good if you're looking to stay downtown.

When I booked my stay, I wasn't sure where my meeting was so I booked downtown hoping it would be close. The night I arrived, it was windy and chilly out. You could hear the wind blowing through the single pain windows and into your room. Unfortunately, the internet didn't work or the TV in the bedroom for the 2 night stay so that was a little disappointing. The refrigerator is off in an area of the kitchen. With the thin windows you can definitely hear the hustle and bustle of downtown into the early hours. So if you're looking for a quiet nights sleep, even on 9th floor, I didn't get one. You can hear people singing and yelling and music until 2-3 am. Otherwise, it was okay. I'll give it a 3.5 - 4 stars. Owner was good about communicating.

Beautiful balcony

This property has a beautiful view from the balcony which was great to sit out on in the mornings. However, the unit was not super clean as we found personal items from previous guests and there were holes in doors and the screen of the balcony. Even at the more expensive parking, our car got broken into despite not having anything in there but that is typical of the area. Although there was heating and air, it is controlled by the building so we had to leave the windows and balcony door open to get it cooler which made it pretty loud from the busy city streets. The owner answered pretty quickly when asked questions which was helpful but overall slightly disappointing, not enough to put a damper on our trip though.
