It’s such good value and ideal for our trip to Birmingham. We ate in the restaurant and both meals we had were good. "Staff very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Room was ok, cobwebs round the windows though, rest seemed clean. Water pump very loud and could be heard when other rooms were using it early in the morning. Decent budget option "
