"Amazing people, great location, place is brand new. Jacuzzi and rooftop terrace is lovely. Maria is awesome! If it is full or close to full, it can be 20 people sharing 2 showers. Downstairs private suite shares bathroom with men’s dorm and is adjacent to smoking area, which is not ideal. Doorbell rings many times through the night. Just things to know. Top Athens City Centre Hotel Reviews

Plaka Hotel

Plaka Hotel

8/10 Good
"Pros: Great location for tours! We could walk to every meeting point. Hotel Platka was always prompt before trip to answer email questions. Rooftop bar view of Acropolis was amazing at night! Wait staff was great in both the bar area and breakfast (great variety) area. Cons: The room size was fine BUT the bathroom had no plug outlets. You had to go to bedroom area & open up wardrobe to get partial mirrors & outlet by wall made it hard to stretch hairdryer. The main issue is tub had a very high wall making it very difficult to step in as no grab rail. It is also very narrow making a bath difficult to get in & out safely. If stayed again would see if just a shower is offered."
