"We had a wonderful stay at this quirky and unique property. The color scheme in the room was unique and soothing, a nice change from the standard look of a hotel room. There were posters on the wall that took you back to days gone by. There was a separate heater in the bathroom which was really nice. Our remote control to the television wasn't working and that issue was quickly remedied by front staff. Everybody worked here seemed very friendly and helpful. The location of this hotel is perfect and easily accessible with lots of places to eat nearby. There are a couple of odd things about this property that one might want to be aware of before booking. The thermostat did not appear to work and it was difficult to adjust the heating in the room. When I inquired at the front desk about it I was told that I needed to turn the heat either on or off and the temperature couldn't really be controlled. It always seemed to be hot in our room and I wondered what it would be like in the summertime, as the property has no air conditioning. There is very little illumination in the bedroom, so when the Sun goes down or you otherwise close your curtains, the only light comes from a couple of small lamps, and the room is so dimly lit that you can't read see very well in the bedroom at night. As you surf the channels on the television you're most likely find that a lot of the choices are not available to you unless you upgrade. "

"This hotel had so many nice touches for guests. Real glass coffee cups other than paper ones. Same for the water glasses. A black hand towel for makeup removal. Comfy Terry robes in the bathroom. A variety of coffee for the Keurig in your room. Another nice touch is warm clam chowder available in the afternoon followed by a freshly baked cookie. The staff was wonderful!"

"Your staff especially Junior were awesome. I accidentally left my wallet in my room and I didn't find out until on the road home stopped at s store and realized it wasn't with me so frantically called front desk and i believe it was Tom ? I hope that was his name ...he was already on his way down to the entrance when i pulled up and he was holding my wallet and i was so relieved. His response and actions were so awesome and I will come back here everytime. Thank you Junior, and all staff again for a wonderful stay"
