"We stayed here before. It is so convenient to IU. Staff are always friendly, and the room is so quiet, comfortable bed, and a quiet "hidden garden" that is so serene.
It has plenty of towels, cups, coffee, tea, in the room a nice soap and body lotion. "

"What happened to the days when drinking glasses were provided in hotel rooms? What are we supposed to drink water out of when in the bathroom? A simple glass goes a long way! Once glasses are removed, maid service needs to be requested when you’re staying for more than one night, etc. it starts to feel not as special as it used to. I know this is direction that many hotels are going in, but I don’t like it."
"It was very inconvenient to find the elevator in the garage was out on arrival. I was quick to get an email that they would charge for parking, but not that. My father was traveling with us and driving as well and he does not do stairs well. It would have been nice to know this prior to our arrival."
"The lady working at 5pm Friday June 20th at the front desk was very nice and got us checked in quickly. The hallways to our room smelled very good and clean. Our room was perfect. Very comfortable bed. Good tv channel's including 3 HBO and Cinemax. Breakfast was so good. Hot and cold selections at no extra price. This is our 5th time staying here through the last couple of years. Even though softball is ending for my daughter. If anyone ask or I need to stay in Bloomington again. This will always be my first and only choice. "
