This Deluxe Four Bedroom apartment is conveniently located just steps from the heart of town and the Silver Queen gondola. Enjoy a full kitchen with dining room or relax by the fireplace in the comfortable living room with lots of natural light. The living room extends to outside with a nice balcony that overlooks the greenery of Aspen Mountain. | Down the hallway off the living room are three bedrooms. The master has a king size bed and balcony access with a fireplace of its own. There is an ensuite bathroom and a steam shower. The second bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom. Twin beds can be found in the third bedroom with an ensuite bathroom as well. Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo is right next to the main gondola and walking distance to all attractions in Aspen. The manager provided good service and communicated well. Some of the furniture were outdated, but overall it was a very nice property.

Fantastic Stay, With Only One Issue

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were so many great qualities to our first stay at aspen alps in condo #202. First, the location is amazing, and even better staying in the 200 building. Second, our 4-bedroom condo was incredibly spacious and felt very homey and comfortable. Third, the fitness center was amazing, and very close to our condo. We used it every day and loved the steam and sauna. Fourth, the condo desk staff and drivers were all very helpful and took care of all our needs.There was only one negative to our entire stay. On Thursday and Friday, there must have been some new guests staying in the condo above us and they were way too noisy, including at 1-2 am. They would walk (or maybe run) on their floors and seemed to be moving furniture or chairs. I'm sure they were just jerks that couldn't care less about guests in the condo below them, but it was very frustrating to us. We would have called the front desk, but I believe they shut down at 11 pm. My suggestion is that upon check in, guests in the upper floor units are told to be quiet after 10 pm, and that there is someone to contact them from the staff if they are being crazy loud after hours.

Amazing October Aspen Visit

The condo is very large and a good size for 3 couples and kids. Very mountain feel and seems like you are in a house vs condo. We loved the location next to the Little Nell and W hotel so you could get drinks there. The unit is closest to town is all the units just up on the 2nd level. A short walk into town and great restaurants and bfast spots. The place worked well for us even though it does have a couple different levels. For small kids you do have to watch out for sharp edges and stairs. The faucets and some amenities are older but worked just fine. Good water pressure and heated floors. Overall had a great time.

Beautiful and spacious

BEAUTIFUL place and very spacious with 4 rooms and 3.5 baths! Lots of balcony space and living room space to hang out! Worked perfect for our friend group! The host was very responsive to any questions or requests. There was a ton of cooking pots/pans/utinsils but there wasn’t any cooking supplies like salt pepper or oil, but we didn’t need those for this trip!

Literally slopeside in downtown Aspen - you can't get a better location. Beautiful 4BR condo where everyone can come together or get some peace and quiet if desired. Aspen Alps amenities and service was top notch. Strongly recommend.
