"Really enjoyed our stay here, the suite was beautiful, clean and well maintained (and had a private bath). I didn't realize there were also public baths on the property too, so was able to experience that as well. Came with both a private dinner in the restaurant and breakfast. It was a relaxing option outside of hakone for the onsen experience."

"This Ryokan was fantastic! My wife and I stayed in the Seryo Ryokan for one night and were blown away by how nice and relaxing it was. We picked the private Onsen suite. Our room was the “Sakura” room which is a corner room with your own private garden, private onsen, and suite style room. The Kaiseki dinner was excellent and the breakfast was very good too. I will point out that dinner is rather early at 6 pm and although we were both full after dinner, we were craving additional food around 9 pm and there is no additional food on the property or around the area that is open. I recommend having some light snacks packed. The fridges were stocked with beer, teas and soft drinks. Highly recommend!"

"We had a room with a private tub, which was spectacular and made it a really special trip! It’s a little squishy but 2 people can fit in there. We also booked dinner with our stay which was another really special part of the stay. I would’ve liked to book 2 nights so we could have more time to explore the area, but overall all the staff were super helpful and having the pick up from the train was another big help. There was also a station in the lobby that had face masks, and everything you could think of to help make your stay more relaxing"

"The hotel was gorgeous, it gave you that really comforting feeling especially after a full day of walking. We booked the private spa due to having tattoos it was magnificent, definitely book the half board the staff for dinner and breakfast were amazing! I absolutely loved the restaurant ladies they were such welcoming people and loved to feed us. Thank you all for such an amazing experience"

"I really enjoyed my stay here. You can tell they put a lot of thought into designing a beautiful and comfortable hotel. The ocean view from the room and balcony was great for sunsets. The staff were friendly and helpful, I got a booklet in English with all important information which was very useful. The beach is very nice but it was a bit dirty when I visited, which is not the fault of the hotel. I had a very relaxing stay and would love to come back."
