We are so glad we booked MoNday Osaka apartment. Starting from check-in to check-out was a smooth process. All staff were absolutely a pleasure to deal with, esp Sandi(big shout out to her!) , who went above & beyond to make our stay very comfortable. Room was faultless, location very convenient. The best hotel we've stayed at in Kyoto. Very spacious, even for the smaller room. Great front desk staff and amenities, with a washer/dryer in each room. A 4-minute walk from the Yamato luggage delivery service and 18 minutes to Kyoto Station, with a Family Mart 15 seconds from the front door. Highly recommended!
