Quiet, clean and comfortable for a short stay. Standard twin rooms are small but very tidy. As other guests have mentioned, the overall experience doesn’t quite align with what you might expect from a four‑star hotel, particularly in terms of room size, layout and certain amenities. For example, guests staying only one night are charged 50 yen for bottled water, although there is a lobby water station available for refills. We didn’t try the free sake happy hour or the late‑night ramen service - both sounded fun, but after a long and tiring trip, two complimentary bottles of water in the room would have felt like a more thoughtful gesture than having to head back down to the lobby. The breakfast buffet, however, was lovely, with beautiful views over Asakusa. All hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

The rooms here are extremely well taken care of and the staff are wonderful and friendly. I usually stay here when I visit.

Convenience area for subway transport to access everywhere. Very friendly and helpful front desk. Will come back.

Everything was great

When we got there, they actually upgraded us to a suite. And man…it was AMAZING! Spacious, two nice beds and a long sofa, and a flat screen TV. The bathroom had two ports and a giant tub. We had four adults and one child (who is four) and we all just got fit into the suite. The location is close to subway stations, plenty of local restaurants and beautiful walks. When we come back to Ginza, we will be staying here again.
