"Great staff and clean"

"Super clean everything, staff super nice!! I didn’t get the front desk person on 11/8/25 he had curly hair, but he was amazing with an issue I had! The pool was so great for my girls. They enjoyed it very much. I would give this hotel a million stars!!"

"I really liked this particular Holiday Inn. Very clean, very comfortable bed and pillows. They also had security at the door after dark and their security gaurds were very nice and made us feel safe rather than nervous. We were coming back from a concert and many guests at the hotel also attended the concert. A lot of people were coming back drunk and rowdy; the security presence immediately curbed that and settled everyone down without feeling "policed." This felt very family friendly. I will stay here again the next time I'm in town. Their cleaning staff was incredibly nice and friendly too. I barely heard them cleaning the surrounding rooms when we woke up late the next morning, and they were quick to help me with extra towels and extra creamer for coffee in our rooms. Towels were fluffy too, not bleached and scratchy. All in all a good hotel. "

"Friendly staff, clean room & amenities, and at a good price if you're on a budget. It appears to have been renovated in recent times. It's surrounded by restaurants, gas stations, and is around-the-corner to I-40. Highly recommended!"

"Parking lot very well lit, entrance was clean and welcoming. Guest serviced was super helpful and efficient. She had check in down to a T! Lobby was clean. Room was really nice, I enjoyed the freshness of the room when we walked in. Beds were clean and comfy. Bathroom was clean and shower curtain was in great condition (pet peeve of mine). I heard no noise all night, even with a fully packed parking lot. "
