"We stayed here and it was a lovely stay. Great food and the staff went out of their way to be helpful and supportive. Highly recommend staying here! The location is up on the hill but it’s great for being next to the cathedral, next to the brewery and from here you can start hiking across to see the views and into the wetland centre. We had a lovely time here and look forwards to coming back again!"

"Wasn’t expecting a ‘superior’ twin room to be directly above the kitchen. Extractor fan turned on @ 7am… a necessity no doubt, but hardly conducive to a relaxing stay. Staff lovely. Parking easy."

"nice friendly place with a good atmosphere and a pleasant bedroom"

"It’s a lovely hotel in a lovely location"

"Great location and room"

"The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel and facilities were very good value for money and much quieter than a similar priced stay in Chichester."

"The most important fact when you haven't visited a hotel before is that it lived up to its good reviews. Thank you!"

"staff were so nice and the room and pub are so cute"
