"Really well-located property. Check-in is in the busy pub next door which made the process chaotic. Neither room was ready at 2pm and we waited over 30 mins for access. The rooms were clean, had tv and tea/coffee facilities. One room even had a fridge-freezer. The beds were comfy. I don’t think we could have done better for the price. It was ideally placed for the “On the Beach” concerts (although our delayed check-in risked late fee for post-3pm arrival)."
