Best highlights were the smooth after-hour self check-in, breakfast (!!!), the 24/7 cappuccino machine small cold drink fridge at the entrance, and spacious balcony in my hotel room!! "I think it's the best value for money in Lugano, trains nearbyby are frequent but quieter than US. Bed was hard and I would suggest bringing your own pillow. Staff were ecellent and friendly and the breakfast was limited but fairly priced. It's a difficult uphill, upstair walk from the lake so be in shape. "
