"Amazing stay at Bigatt. Staff, room and breakfast were amazing. The view from the balcony was also really beautiful! The only downside is that you need to catch a bus to access downtown, so you need to plan ahead a little bit. But honestly, that didn't bother us. I truly recommend staying at Bigatt if you are ever in Lugano."
