Bright and sunny, private and quiet, perched in the treetops, nestled in the foothills of Mt Benson. The suite affords utmost privacy with a separate entrance, and the layout sets it far from the main house.

Very nice place to stay. It had all that we needed for our short stay. A bit tricky to find when we arrived late but once that was figured out it was all good. Good parking, bed was comfortable and we appreciated the laundry facilities.

Ryan’s property is a hidden gem for a couple or single traveller. Everything you need and very quiet. We really appreciated the air conditioning in the bedroom and easy access to the highway. Great value, and would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Stay in Nanaimo

Really couldn’t have been better. Beautiful area nestled in the trees. Apartment was spacious and very quiet. Short drive anywhere. Ryan was super easy to communicate with before and during the stay. Will definitely stay again next time I’m in Nanaimo.

Nice location, was generally quiet and cozy. Private entrance, nice big closet, well-stocked kitchen in terms of pots and pens and knives and spices. Good value for the price. I had no major complaints, only minor ones. I would recommend bringing your own shampoo, there was none. I loved the neighborhood with the huge trees!

Great floor plan for two guests. Very comfortable in every way. Really good appliances and well equipped kitchen. Many nice touches all around the carriage suite above the garage - so well appointed. Island Time

The unit is perfect! Every detail is done to perfection. The unit is exceptionally clean and cozy. It was also fairly quiet. The location is close to everything and anything you can think of. Ryan is quite friendly and took a time to visit a while. He gave great suggestions for things to do and places to eat. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would suggest this place to everyone. The carriage suit is one of the best places I have rented! It really was amazing!
