Fully equipped, centrally located and close to Armidale Hospital

Stunning 4 bedroom cottage . Belltrees is well appointed fully self contained cottage with a variety of extra hotel-like amenities including WIFI & coffee machine. Tea, coffee and some breakfast items are provided as well as a few extra treats. An ambient wood burner with wood available for cooler weather that the New England climate is renowned. There is also a laundry with washer and dryer for guests private use.

Locality is in central Armidale, short walk to CBD, restaurants, pubs and cafe's. It is a stones throw to the local hospitals and many medical practices. Belltrees Cottage is opposite Lambert Park which has a fabulous play area for children and is also a short 5 minute drive to UNE. Off street parking is available with an under cover carport for two vehicles.

Lovely location and property, excellent host

The house is so lovely and fits well into the country town setting. The park across the road was a great outlook with so many beautiful birds. It was so quiet yet easy to get anywhere in town. Kate went above and beyond for us, and was so easy to communicate with. We will stay here for future trips.

A quaint period house well maintained with all the basics needed for a self contained stay (just bring your food). A couple of minor glitches were rectified immediately by our host which was above and beyond what we expected over a weekend. Beds were comfy and warm and the fireplace kept the living area toasty at night. There was an AC to take any chill off the space first thing in the morning. We will definately be trying to book this one next time we are in Armidale.

Great cottage for the family

Belltrees is a lovely cottage for the extended family. Stayed with our adult children for a family wedding. Handy having the second toilet! Our second stay here. Kitchen well appointed, comfortable lounges. A great stay!

We were disappointed with this property. Photos of the outside are from 2018 when it was sold. i

Misleading. Only one entrance in and out, back doors locked no keys. No fire or safety precautions or instructions in place (no law). Window internally do not open. No provisions for a dog - Bed bowl etc yet charged $30 per night. Outside deck in need of repair front door screen ripped in several places. The bedrooms were nicely done but no wardrobes and PowerPoints in wrong places. Overpriced for this property and not safe.

Very Pretty

A lovely old home in nice and quiet location and really well furnished and resourced. Armidale was very cold during our stay and with the exception of the lounge with the fire and aircon the rooms were chilly. However, the electric blankets were very toasty. A nice place to stay.

comfortable house but cold in winter.The front room you can hear the electrical meter box humming.No wood for fireplace. Bought some at petrol station when told on enquiring twice that we would get some the next night.

An Older House, great for max 4 adults

The house has the floor board, the board made noise when people walk on it.There is only one bathroom for 6 people in the house. Other than that, it is a decent older house.
