"We were not happy with our room. The shower had rust stains & gunk on the outside bottom of the slider & along the base of the floor. The breakfast was okay, typical of most hotels. I’m disappointed that the rating on Expedia was rated 9.2. I think 9.2 is very misleading. We spoke to-the person at the front desk, but unfortunately she made excuses about how hard the water is, even with a water softener. "

"This is a fun hotel with beauty everywhere you look. Be sure to check in down by the Restaurant building. The men’s restroom is famous for their unique urinals!"

"I honestly thought that I would be dealing with some decent humans especially since they agreed to make accommodations for me via phone when I found myself in an unfortunate situation, and I was extremely grateful, but when I arrived at the property, the older lady working front desk was so rude that she had me in tears within not even 10 minutes! She was very cold and condescending and I had the feeling that she didn’t approve of me and my girlfriend being lesbians and she also basically questioned me on my furbabies’ because she was convinced that they were out in a hot car with no air conditioning on and when I told her that they were fine and that they were in the air conditioning she argued with me and then she didn’t even give me the room that my mom had reserved for me!! She put me in a jenky, smelly, dive of a room that hadn’t even been cleaned yet! Trash can was full, no blankets or towels, something white and suspicious all over the mirror, not swept up or vacuumed, all I can say is save your money and go across the river to Laughlin to the casinos where you can get a room that’s actually clean and people are friendly "

"Wonderful. Loved this place, the lady on the desk was absolutely brilliant. We had a really long chat, and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was wonderful also. I really wished I could remember the ladies name, so sorry. This place is an absolute gem, made even better by the friendly staff. Clean room, a little dated, but who cares, I’d rather have a clean, comfortable and warm welcoming place, than a cold reception. Thanks again x"
