Rooms were nothing like any of the photos. No phones, beds on wheels, one towel, television and "free wifi" nonexistent. We got what we paid for as far as "luxuries". We did sleep well and it was quiet.

The staff was very helpful and polite! They offered up any suggestions and we had an outage the last night we were there and the manager was onsite with a flashlight giving us updates on the weather and outage while we waited!

Boomed the property due to price knowing the issues I have had their. Good price for basicroom. AC worked.perfectly and quiet. Room very sparse. I never turned on the TV. Wish there would of been water glass by sink. Pool. Losed due to maintenence.

This place was terrible! Nice view of the river from our room, but the conditions were deplorable. No ice, filthy refrigerator, the towels and shower mat were so stained we wouldn't even bathe in there. The coffee maker in the room still had a used coffee filter in it. The door frame out to the river view was completely encased in grime! Refrigerator froze a can of Dr Pepper, and they had the audacity to charge us $10.00 for using one of their stained washcloths to clean up the mess. Expedia should know better than promote these places! First time I've ever had an "inspection" of the room upon checkout, which was performed by the extremely rude front desk person, who then charged us for the used washcloth. Despicable, from very seasoned travelers.....

Staff we felt with was great night staff sorry didn’t catch her name but was great towel option was few had to switch out lining but she gave us clean one no hesitation but enjoyed our time people didn’t complain as all the teens were out past 2am staff either fridge worked microwaves as well parking is spaces pool was not cleaned and unable to use in which I did call ahead and a lady told me they were working on it got there no such thing had been done so was some bad mainly great would do again in the future

Lodge on the River is a great place to stay in the Laughlin/Bullhead City area! The room was clean, comortable, and offered stunning river views. Staff was exceptional - friendly and helpful. Perfect location for relaxation and/or adventure. The lodge's ambiance was cozy and inviting. Can't wait to return! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Okay for a quick budget friendly trip this place was solid. It is a little dated and definitely the bare necessities to sleep, shower and maybe just kock back and watch a movie . The bad reviews are dumb, because just like the people they bash they are also human. I definitely recommend this place for a lower budget trip where youre not there to live it up in the super cozy room. Pillows could be a little better that is my harshest criticism and it wasnt a deal breaker. So take what you want from that. Would stay here again

The room was old, which would have not been a problem if it were clean! I had a king suite with river view, there was a coffee maker, NO coffee, NO coffee cups, ONE bath towel, and the room was not cleaned well at all. The river view was nice

My wife and I rent cheap hotel rooms. So, we go by the motto "you get what you pay for." We understood when we got to this hotel and had to wait outside the office in the heat to check in. Once we got inside it was just as hot. We waited an hour and forty-five minutes before we got up to the counter. The whole time we were waiting, we watched the hotel woman yelling at customers and treating the girl beside her rudely. She then got our paperwork mixed with another costumer's. Then she got the cash from the people behind us mixed up with ours. She never did give us our change. The room had no chairs in it. It only had a very hard bed to sit on. The pillows were so small it felt like you were laying your head on the mattress. The towels were too small for any adult. We will not be staying here again!
