We have been to Topock many times. We were excited to spend the night, boated up from Havasu. Ate lunch, dinner, and breakfast. Hotel charged $75 dollars to park boat in slip seems very high to me. Aren't they wanting boaters to stay? This is on top of the 200 room. Hotel was nice but A/C in both rooms could not keep up, 79 degrees was the lowest it could achieve. Would not stay again due to the $75 charge for boat.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The rooms and surrounding were so beautiful. We didn’t get to go to the restaurant as we were just stopping through but we will definitely stay here again!

Brand new hotel! It was very nice. Great size rooms for the whole family. Loved the nice size fridge (especially during river season) and little kitchen area. Well done. Literally best location because the river is right there or you can hit the pool. The vibe at the pool was fun with music, swim up bar, and restaurant. This new hotel gives options especially if you are new to the river scene (boat rentals at the location too) or meeting friends and you are looking for your own place to sleep!

Stayed here for our family members' celebration of life. It was amazing. The hotel is brand new and fantastic. The train is right outside but you barely hear it at all. The view is awesome. The inside is so cool! Full fridge! The staff at the bar were awesome! Can't wait to come back here as our spot in remembrance of Henry! Don't forget to rent a jet ski....from Topoc Jet Ski Rental. Ps,..the staff at night were filling in (works at the bar) and they were so nice and helpful. The best people ever!

C’est une superbe endroit l’hôtel est neuve il y a une piscine extérieur avec service de bar et de restaurant. Le seul problème est qu’il y a une voie ferrée très très achalandée qui passe à 200 m de l’hôtel.
