"The hotel was clean and our room was spacious and well stocked. On our last day of our stay, we didn’t have any power and had to carry our luggage down the stairs and that’s not the worst thing - but the hotel staff could’ve offered complimentary coffee/breakfast/made themselves more available as opposed to being MIA and letting everyone fend for themselves. We should be compensated fully or partially for the last day of our stay as we rushed out, did not even get to use the washroom or have water available. The location of the hotel is also in a very “touristy” area so would not recommend if you’re looking for a more peaceful stay."

"I absolutely love this place... the staff loved my little baby and family. Ms. Silva, Ms. Monica, Mr. Emanule, and the other older gentleman and lady!!!. They were the most precious to us and so accommodating. Thank the Lord, we chose this place and location, best decision we could have made staying in Roma!!!! ARRIVEDERCI!!"

"Breakfast was very nice, with responsive and friendly staff. Our room was in another building behind the hotel on another street. We were on the 4th floor, thank goodness there was an old elevator! The AC was new, room was very small, and water pressure in the shower fluctuated a lot in the morning. Best to take a shower at night!"
