This is a stunning, townhouse nestled on the corner of a quiet court in Seascape, Aptos. Its located three short blocks from Seascape Beach Resort. There is a paved, public pathway through the Resort to the beach(a five minute walk). Seascape Beach is located between Rio Del Mar beach and La Selva beach. Watch dolphins and sea otters at play during your morning walk, surfing during the day and enjoy bonfires on the beach at night. Walking distance to a great Mexican restaurant(Palapas), Chinese, pizza, coffee house, fine dining(Sanderlings), boutique clothing, day spa, tennis and groceries.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1) Empty all garbage cans into large garbage/recycle containers outside and roll containers to curb. 3) Clean the Bar-B-Q if used
4) Return the garage door opener to the velcro on the wall in the garage. 5) Turn the heater switch off. 6) Turn off all lights including outside lights
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
