"The communication from Bicheno by the Bay was exceptional, making our check-in and checkout very simple (even considering we arrived after their reception had closed). We were given a larger room than we had booked, which was really lovely. It was well appointed with all the amenities we needed. It's situated in a great location close to all the local attractions and facilities (like the IGA). They provided a map of the local area and recommendations for where to go. We would happily stay here again. "

"The steak I had in the Restaurant was excellent, tasty, tender and cooked just as Irequested. My wife had fish which she enjoyed. The pillows on the bed were a little too large for comfort and caused a mild neck pain."

"I loved these cottages they were in close proximity to the ocean and the cottage themselves had plenty of room to unwind and enjoy your stay. The property surrounding the cottages is well kept. The folder on the table contains plenty of information to ensure you ensure your stay and find places to eat. I only wish I had stayed longer. "
