"Very poor breakfast area - no coffee, no plastic utensils, no water at 7:30 am"

"This was my second stay at this hotel and I think it's just lovely, so I hesitate to say anything negative, but they claim to have soundproof rooms but our room was incredibly noisy. You could hear everything from the nearby and overhead rooms. Just a heads up if that is a priority for you. Also, the breakfast was not very good, and they were out of two of the six hot foods they offered on the buffet. But the building, property, and staff are great and in a beautiful location. "
