Charming newly renovated attic apartment, located in the historic centre of Aosta, overlooking the pedestrian street.
It is accessed directly from the pedestrian area and is 2 minutes' drive from the departure of the Pila gondola.
A few steps away, you will find everything you need: bars, restaurants, markets and shops of all kinds!

The attic room, which has just been renovated, offers plenty of space despite its small size.
In fact, it has a double bedroom suite equipped with a 32-inch UHD television, a large wardrobe wardrobe and a small stone balcony overlooking the pedestrian street; a brand new bathroom with all the comforts; and a large open space consisting of a kitchen and living room.
The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary to be used for both short and long periods. You will also find a Nespresso coffee machine with pods as well as tea and herbal teas of all types and flavours.
