"Fantastic hotel in the heart of Ao Nang, a total escape from a busy tourist town, we loved our stay here. Room was lovely, breakfast’s perfect, swimming pool area and bar excellent. Best of all were the staff, all so polite and helpful. The grounds of the hotel were really well cared for, all in all an excellent stay, thank you. Only issue for some people are the steps, there are a lot so mobility should be borne in mind when booking."

"Such a lovely choice of hotel for our stay in Krabi. Right next to the beach and main strip so close to everything. The hotel was clean, well kept grounds and great staff!!! We even got a room upgrade so cannot complain at all !!! Definitely recommend this place!"

"This is a good quality hotel right on the beach. So perfect setting. Recommended. Pool area good, rooms nice, breakfast okay. Staff lovely Few negatives, sewage smell is common down the corridor outside room but nothing ever smelt in the room Id definitely return. Had a lovely time "

"Our room was facing the smaller pool. The room was ok. Rooms were not cleaned most days til nearly 5pm. If you want chill or have nap. Made it hard because you know they will be coming to clean. We also found the door sign to clean the room later in the week. Not sure if that would have got the room cleaned earlier in the day. We didn't spend much time at the pools. They were very clean. They had bars at them as well. We preffered the beach. Lots of shade with recliners. Bar was close by with the restaurant. If your ordering food it takes a while to come. The beers and sodas were not to cold. They use the same fridge for everything so it is opening a lot. A seperate fridge for the beer would fix that. The breakfast had lots of options.Very satisfied with the selection. Staff were very pleasant and accomodating. Overall Krabi Resort gave us everything we needed. Very quiet. Outside the Resort are lots if food options not far away and shopping."

"Poorly maintained hotel. For example, they gave us a couple of towels with holes and when we requested new ones, they said that they’re waiting for more towels. The day after, they did exactly the same. The room was nice but also felt old due to maintenance and it was really dark. Bed was awesome and the room size is quite big. Location is excellent. In summary, hotel is ok, but with more maintenance it could be better."

"The room was very basic but all in all it was ok. The bathroom, however, was another story. The shower head holder was broken and didn't hold the shower head up, the water didn't drain, so we were standing in inches of dirty water when showering. No shower curtain or any type of partition so there was water everywhere after showering. The bathroom alone made the whole experience quite gross. The balcony door didn't lock and the curtain holder was broken, which made it hard to open and close. There was a constant bad smell in the room, like blocked drain, which might explain the shower not draining properly. If we needed anything (water, toilet paper), we were told we had to wait until 3pm the next day. The staff were not as friendly and welcoming as we are used to in Thailand, we haven't had this disappointing level of service before so we understand it's not typical for Thailand. On the plus side, the breakfast was good, Palm, the tour guy, was really nice and helped us organise a boat trip and the outdoor aesthetic is very nice. We will not be returning to this hotel unfortunately. "

"It was a decent hotel, it’s close to the beach and there are lots of massage places, restaurants, stores and a few 7-11’s in close walking distance. I stayed here for about a week and I would stay here again. They have a guest policy they don’t tell you about when you check in and that was frustrating to deal with in the morning when they demand payment but I was able to fight that because they didn’t mention that online or during check in, the phones in the hotel didn’t work so I wasn’t able to make room to room calls, again a slight inconvenience, also the wifi didn’t work, but I had coverage through my phone service anyway. Also there are bars nearby so be prepared for noise until 1am if you face the street. But I had AC, a fridge, a safe, blackout curtains, and room cleaning daily. There is also construction going on in the front so prepare that if you try and take a nap."
