Located a stone's throw from beaches, bars and restaurants, it offers a prime location for enjoying the destination to the full, combining relaxation and entertainment. The apartment is five minutes from Juan-les-Pins train station and 30 minutes from Nice and Cannes airports.
The Sunny Duplex 5C apartment consists of a large main room with an open-plan kitchen, a dining area with a convivial table and a comfortable lounge, all opening onto a pleasant terrace.
A corridor leads to three welcoming bedrooms, a bathroom with WC, a shower room and a separate WC, ensuring practicality and privacy for everyone.
An exceptional feature : from the entrance, you have direct access to a private roof terrace furnished with furniture, perfect for relaxing, enjoying the sun or sharing convivial moments outdoors.
