  • Located in the heart of Juan les Pins, this comfortable 3-room apartment offers a beautiful sea view and comes fully equipped and furnished. Enjoy your meals either on the terrace or indoors. All rooms are air-conditioned. The bedroom side features a balcony.



    The apartment includes a welcoming entrance leading to a spacious living area with kitchen, two bedrooms with closets, terraces, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The space is generous and situated in the very center of Juan les Pins, with lovely sea views. The apartment is soundproofed and air-conditioned throughout. You have direct access to the beaches, train station, and all amenities.



    Free public parking is available from September to June, or you can find paid street parking. If you don’t have a car, a bus stop is right in front of the apartment for travel between Golfe Juan and Antibes, and the Juan les Pins train station is just a 5-minute walk away. At 50 meters, another stop offers bus 200, connecting all towns between Nice and Cannes, and bus 82 goes directly to Nice Airport.



    Shops and restaurants are at your doorstep. Sandy beach is a 2-minute walk away. Perfect for exploring on foot, with a beautiful promenade from Juan les Pins to Golfe Juan. Cleaning, bed linen, and towels are included.
