Ideally located, 400m from Place de Gaulle and 500m from the old town, and about a 15-minute walk from Ponteil Beach.

This apartment comprises:

- Fully equipped separate kitchen opening onto a beautiful terrace with outdoor furniture.

- A living room with a dining table also opening onto the terrace.

- The shower room area has a separate toilet and a bathroom with double sinks and a large bathtub.

- Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.

An underground parking space completes this apartment. Please note that the space is quite narrow and is suitable for a city car.
There are a few steps to go down to reach the elevator.

I am available by phone and text and can come to you if needed throughout your stay. I will be waiting at the residence entrance to welcome you and give you the keys upon your arrival. Please note that check-in is no later than 8 p.m.

Guests have access to the entire apartment.

## Notes

Sheets are provided upon arrival (one set per bed) as well as two towels per person (one small and one large). There is also a tea towel, one roll of toilet paper, and a bath mat.
Housekeeping is included; however, we ask that you take out your trash and wash your dishes.
Coffee, washing machine tablets, and toilet paper (one roll provided) are not included.
