Konserve plajı bu mevsimde harika, Q Inn'de kalıp plaja inmek büyük kolaylık. Otel Lara Caddesi'ndeki konumu ve otoparkı ile çok kullanışlı bir şehir oteli. Senede iki kez gezmeye geliyoruz. Kahvaltıya omlet ekleyerek bir eksikliği gidermiş oldular. Personel yardımcı ve güler yüzlü.

Location is good.
This hotel has a nice lobby and a good swimming pool. We traveled as a family and asked our rooms to be close to each other but that did not happen. The hallways to get to your room is long and have no air-conditioning. there are some rooms that you can get into with elevators but most rooms have stairs. The staff are nice and friendly. Except for one man who works in the front desk. His name is Emre. He is very mean and rude and refused to give us an extra room key. The location is great. walking distance to restaurants. Nice view of the water.

Stayed in the Elite suite with outside jacuzzi. Jacuzzi wasnt a jacuzzi so should never be advertised as one. You fill it up urself everytime you want to use it which take hours, no spa hot tub feeling no way to keep the temperature high or set to a specific heat as it’s literally a bath tub outside. Paid the extra money for an item not used. No privacy on balcony an if you do want to use the jacuzzi within a couple of mins it will fill up with flys insects. Two bathrooms but one shower the bigger one has no hot/warm water. A/c in the room was lovely. View from the room was lovely. Cleaning was ok as al that gets cleaned is your bathroom. Hotel is so noisy outdoor event which you could hear from inside your room as if your the one putting a show on til earlys hours of the morning. Hotel has a club which is not stated an reception inform you that you cant hear anything when all you can hear is the club. Definitely a no! For a romantic peaceful getaway hotel try somewhere else. Staff try to be helpful when they are around. Dificult with language barrier. Breakfast was disappointing which was an extra charge so definitely a waste of money. Wouldn’t recommend the hotel or location. Spent £800 on 4 night stay waste of money.

Great holiday
Lovely hotel in a good location for bars and restaurants, the old town is 20 minutes away by taxi, Terracity shopping mall is 15 minutes walk Hotel rooms are nice, we needed extra pillows which was sorted immediately, we had a panoramic view room with fantastic views of the sea and mountains, staff are friendly and helpful, food is very good, pool is small but very nice. Only downside for me was the noise from the nightclub on a Friday and Saturday night but not a major problem

Very kind and helpful staff. The rooms and hotel was very clean. The view was amazing and very convenient to the beach as well as a beautiful outdoor pool area. Excellent value. Quiet coastal location away from the main road. Great views. Access to sea for swimming/fishing in quiet cove courtesy of several flights of steps. Infinity pool. Clean, contemporary-looking rooms. Very well cooked and presented meals from the menu and very decent breakfast with very fresh items. Slight downside is piped music / evening disco type music emanating from bar area (but I've experienced much louder elsewhere). OK, it's a bit far from town, but there are plenty of food outlets in the hotel area and taxis are cheap in Turkiye.

Beautiful and cozy place for visiting Antalya
The hotel was amazing for visiting Antalya. My family and I enjoyed every moment of our stay in Qinn hotel. The hotel has the best view of the ocean and mountains. The staffs are very nice. I want to say thank you to reception staffs including Nooman and two other ladies that help us a lot during our stay.

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff
The stay was great! Definitely just as expected, but the views of the mountain from our balcony made it so amazing! The free breakfast was pretty good and the staff at the front desk were always extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to be close to old town yet wanting a more private and secluded feel. It was a great time and the free parking lot allowed us to use our rental car with ease!

Rooms ok.Not as shown on the website but you get what you pay for. Door is a little bit of an issue as got hand trapped quite a few times closing it... leaking windows with condensation on the inside.. holes in the bedding either that or bedding not changed all week. Shower could do with a good clean. Breakfast very very limited. Fruit juice extra cost. Reception and main bar nice and friendly staff. Food and drinks in the bar/ restaurant reasonably priced but beware if you are a wine drinker.... check the menu first. Glass of wine ranges from 360 to 640tl..

A 4-stat hotel without a 4-star service
I would stay away from the rooms in the building where the disco is. They have disco nights a few nights a week. Depending on where your room is, you might hear the bass or the music. Also, the same building does not have elevator. My room was on the second floor, and I could still hear the bass which would go on until 3am, I believe. It's a hotel; the comfort of your guests should be your top priority. For some reason, the front desk staff (not all though) thought saying "I don't know" or " tomorrow" is a good answer. All housekeepers were ok, but there was a young lady who did a great job. I wish I could remember her name.

Check in and check out wasn’t good. They tried to charge me again for my room even though I’d pre-booked and paid through Hotels.com. I had to show them my credit card statement to prove that it had already been charged. I was then told that the room type that I had booked (superior sea view) wasn’t available and that I could only have a town/road view as the hotel (in their words) was full. I asked what they were willing to offer as compensation to be told nothing. I said that I wasn’t happy. After ten minutes they miraculously found me a choice of two rooms. Not sure if an upgrade? Both with sea view… remember they told me ten minutes previously that the hotel was full. I accepted the second room. One night during the stay there was a tango dance evening hosted by the hotel. This went on until midnight and the music was so loud in my room that I couldn’t sleep. On check out reception tried to charge me for drinks from the bar that I hadn’t had… This took ten or so minutes to sort out. All a bit shambolic and unprofessional in my opinion. The hotel is ok otherwise, but it’s nothing special. The breakfast offered too was very basic and not particularly great if I’m honest. The sea view (that I eventually got) was by far the best thing about the hotel.

We had an amazing time staying at the hotel. The location is great and accessible to many different restaurants and shops. Staff were really friendly and always wanted to help. When we check in they assigned us room it was under construction it’s was dusty and wait for long time someone to bring a safe box. Went to front desk and they called manager. Manager offered another room in same 3 rd level with no additional charge or panoramic suite with 45 EUR per night charge We took panoramic room with extra charge. Cleaning lady was providing an great service and breakfast bar was nice.

This picture might be caused to assume that you were confronted such a scene inside the room. We kindly request you to remove that picture which might be caused to many misunderstandings. Unfortunately there was not a construction in the room but the renovation in that block was almost finished. The carpets on the floor were changing. You mentioned that you were keep waited for a long time for the Safe Box delivery. On the other hand, it was a duration (appr. 15 minutes) which might be considered as a reasonable period. Very disappointing experience. Reception staff extremely rude on arrival. Room given was not cleaned at all (other guests clothes and belongings still in the room) when we went to raise this with the staff, they said the room would be cleaned and that the previous guest had not checked out on time. There was hair on the pillows and towel, stains on the sheets, dead bugs on the floor. They gave us 2 complimentary fruit trays which was kind of them. However, unfortunately 4 hours later the room was in the exact same state and had not been cleaned at all. When raised with reception staff again, they were very rude and claimed we were exaggerating and that we were lying as they had supposedly cleaned the room 3 times already despite us having photographic evidence showing that the room was in the exact same state.The following day they finally offered to change the room. Majority of the staff were rude and unhelpful. A very small number of them were kind and actually smiled back. I have never written a negative review however, the way we were treated was completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel at all. It’s not worth the money at all.

Nous sommes restés plus de 10 jours au Qinn hôtel. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour. Nous remercions tout particulièrement tout le personnel de l'hôtel qui a été très sympathique. L'hôtel est bien situé. Tout le nécessaire à proximité..un seul petit bémol qui n'est pas dû au personnel mais à la structure de l'hôtel..il n'y avait pas toujours de l'eau chaude.. dans tous les cas on garde un très bon souvenir..😁de l'hôtel et des habitants d'Antalya

Temizlik gayet iyiydi, otelin hemen önünde belediye plajı var otelin havuzu da iyiydi. Konumu için hep güzel şeyler yazılmış sanırım biz keşfedemedik, ulaşım biraz zor geldi. Bize verdikleri oda küçücüktü bir şeyin çatısına bakıyordu penceresi ,odadan memnun kalmadık. Kahvaltısı idare eder geliştirebilirler; sıcak ekmek, simit vb. çıkarıyorlar. Klimaların bakıma ihtiyacı var, kapansa mı kapanmasa arada kalıyor siz de kapansın diye umut ediyorsunuz.

!!Beautiful hotel, but just missing better service, our room was not cleaned before our arrival! We would like at least one night to be refunded! No news until now!!
