It's just hard to beat this quality, peace and tranquility for the price anywhere on VRBO.We've stayed at dozens of properties over the many years and this one just has everything you need if you aren't looking for a tourist thirst trap. If a relaxed, quiet country experience is what you are looking for near a quiet town this just can't be beat! It's our country cabin home away from home now! The hosts are super responsive, the cabin is clean and beautifully appointed, and perfect for a romantic getaway or the entire family, but just close enough to Red River Gorge and other attractions to be accessible without the tourists."

I asked for a recommendation for a restaurant - she gave a great suggestion and even a 10% discount if we showed the room key. Breakfast also more than adequate. Second time we stayed on the drive to/from Florida. Will stay every time we get a chance."
