"This was our first time staying in this complex and it was wonderful! The unit was well maintained had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive and the property manager was as well. We had a problem with the refrigerator and they messaged us back immediately and came over to look at the problem. The view was amazing as was the pool, and it was so nice having a beach near by at Sandy Hill Bay. Grocery stores were close and it was a short drive to Shoal Bay East and Island Harbour...

"The condo was well appointed, clean and spacious. The front balcony is great for coffee or afternoon naps. Gas & Groceries ten minute drive. Joyce, our host, was wonderful. We arrived late in the evening, she coordinated our dinner with a local chef and surprised my husband with a cake for his birthday. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome. "The house is one of four units, only two of which were occupied when we were there. Well-made and well kept, with a fantastic view of Saint Martin from the balcony/porches. Our main problem stemmed from inability to use mapping programs due to the nameless house number and street. Fortunately, just about every Anguillan we ran into was super helpful and generous with time to help us find our way home on an almost daily basis. you will need a car – there are no stores or restaurants easily...
