"The property is very out dated and run down. We were in room 111, the doors to the room did not seal tightly, when closed as you could see light shining through. The toilet would flush on its own arbitrarily throughout the day and night, which was very annoying. The bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable, the mattress was caved in on one side, not to mention the noise it made getting in and out of it. "We’ve been wanting to go here for years! Everything was clean, peaceful, beautiful! All the staff knew us and treated our 1 1/2 year old like a princess. The hotel has amenities for kids like splash pad, playground, and water park but still with the feel of true luxury resort for adults.
