"This villa is toward the east end of Anguilla on the south shore, facing St. Martin--which makes for a great view over the ocean. The villa was clean on arrival and features comfortable beds (one large king in one room, two singles in the other). The kitchen has been recently redone and is bright and airy, part of the big space that includes the living room. There is modern, reasonably quiet AC in both bedrooms and ceiling fans in every room, so it stays reasonably cool. The property is gated, although Anguilla is very safe. The best feature is the deck and pool -- and the great view. The pool is salt water and a uniform depth of about 4 feet (or a little more). It's not technically heated but certainly was a very nice temperature while we were there. There is a washing machine and lots of clothesline space for drying (which is fast in this climate). There's also a BBQ. Plenty of towels, both bath kind and beach kind. And there is a wonderful woman named Joyce who is always available by text and lives about 5 minutes away. The owners are also very responsive and helpful so that communication is always rapid. We would go back in a heartbeat--truly a great place for exploring the island but even great if you just wanted to stay there most of the time. Anguilla is lovely and has the feel of the Caribbean 50 years ago. Staying in the east end is peaceful and quiet but the west end, where the action is, is only a half hour away. A rental car is essential."

"We loved our stay at Coralito Bay. Our apartment was clean, comfortable and decorated well. The location was fabulous. Quiet, peaceful, lovely landscaping, beautiful view of the bay/Saint Martin, and at maximum, a 20 minute drive to anywhere we wanted to go. Ivor and the other staff we interacted with were warm, friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again!"

"Our family had a great time staying here. Yes, the beds are stiff, and the place has little quirks. But the views are spectacular, the pool is clean, quiet and family-friendly, and the host is responsive. The A/C cools the bedrooms nicely, and the trade winds blow through when you’re not using the A/C, so it stays comfortable. The views from the rooftop deck are phenomenal. We had coffee up there every morning and sunset cocktails at night. The condo is located on the East end of the island, which is quiet and has more of a local feel. The largest and mostLuxurious resorts are on the other end of the island, about a 20-minute drive. But we like the laid-back vibe here. It’s 10-15 minutes drive to some of the most beautiful beaches on the island. And when you get home, it’s quiet and relaxing. You really cannot beat the value-for-money, particularly if you want a pool, a full kitchen AND views. "It was a great place with a lot of amenities. Pool was nice and the outdoor furniture was very comfy. One thing was even though we had google maps it was a bit difficult to find - it's a bit out of the way but the island is not that big so didn't take to long to get anywhere . There is no TV. I know that we are on vacation but at night it would be nice to have something. We did go into town and buy some dice so maybe some games there would be helpful. The fans helped in the main room but it does get warm. We did open the doors for a cross breeze and that helped. There are wall air conditioners in each bedroom which helped a lot a night.Just fyi the bath products and towels were so luxurious!! Liked having a washer and dryer. I would definitely stay here again. Also great communication with the owner/ property manager"

"We had the most amazing 11 night stay in Anguilla! We wanted for absolutely nothing. Joyce met us at check in and checked in on us multiple times via text. We will be back!"

"We had delays getting to the island and when we got to the villa it was dark and had to call to ask where the lockbox was. It also looked like someone was using the villa before we got there because it was not totally clean. Sand on the Ping-Pong table, crumbs in the toaster oven and microwave, and the kitchen counter was sticky. The bathroom was clean, but the mold and peeling paint was not very inviting. I was surprised that the grounds were not maintained. The grass had not been cut in weeks, vegetative litter abounded, and the goat droppings on the walkway to the pool was not inviting either. The furniture on the covered porch looked inviting, but we found out, unfortunately, that some of it was dry rotted because my wife sat on one of the chairs and it collapsed. Fortunately, she was not badly injured! In short, the villa in general looked "tired" and in need of sprucing up on the part of the owners. While we had no children with us, the ability to not close the gate to the 'beach' could have been a problem if a child wandered down to the water. One bright spot was Dorothea who was wonderful. Beds are very comfortable and the AC was great for sleeping. The nearby construction was unfortunate, but we don't hold that against the site. Beautiful views of St. Martin, and while the water was rough, the sound of the surf was very soothing and calming."

"Anguilla is not new to us, so we knew our way around. It is very central so close to grocery stores. The apartment could not have been more comfortable and everything we could possibly have needed was there. Jocelyn was very available if we needed information, and she was very kind and helpful. A truly Anguillian experience. "
