"The service was really good, the guy was super sweet and everything was clear. There’s no mirror or sink in the room so it’s alittle bit inconvenient but I would say the overall was great"
"The Pierce Hotel was an excellent stay, comfortable rooms that are well designed and have everything you need. The location is perfect, with easy walking access to restaurants, shops, and downtown attractions. Overall, a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. "Very nice room and bathroom. Comfy mattress. Big TV, and excellent setup to Chromecast to use my own streaming apps. Delicious food at onsite restaurant, reasonable prices. Very attentive staff at front desk. Top notch quality. Recommended!"
"Great hotel! Room was spacious and clean. Outdoor heated pool and hot tub. Nice restaurants and bar. Convenient location to see both downtown and Old Montreal. "
"Clean, friendly staff, brought up things I needed, comfy rooms, I love their swift shower pressure. 🤭❤️🚿 I enjoyed my stay. Definitely staying there again. "
"The hotel is terrible…
Our beds had women’s hair all over them when we checked in, but the staff was really nice and quickly changed everything when we told them — they were genuinely apologetic.
That said, the bedsheets and pillow covers have definitely seen better days and are long overdue for retirement, though it seems management hasn’t realized that yet.
The hair dryer only made noise but didn’t blow any air, and in the morning the flush stopped working. To top it off, the water pressure dropped completely while my partner still had shampoo in their hair — what a nightmare!
The only good thing I can say is that they offered a free electric vehicle charging point, which was helpful.
The staff themselves were lovely — honestly, they’re the ones holding the place together.
But overall, it’s definitely not worth $200 a night. I’d appreciate a refund"
